Are you ready to learn how to make chocolate? Or perhaps you're curious about how to taste chocolate like a professional? or maybe you want to learn how to choose ethical chocolate? Look no further—I'm here to guide you on this journey!
Let me introduce myself.
I'm Jen Jones, a Chocolate Maker with over 15 years of experience in corporate and personal training. I hold a BS in Psychology and, over the past four years, have been immersing myself in the art of crafting Tree-to-Bar Hawaii Chocolate. This experience has allowed me to blend my training and leadership skills with my passion for chocolate-making.
In 2022, I expanded my expertise by becoming a Certified Ayurvedic Nutrition Coach. Most recently, I earned my Chocolate Sommelier certification through the Chocolate Sommelier School in July 2024. This marks an exciting new chapter for me—one where the worlds of chocolate and my Earth Guardian roots beautifully intertwine.
I owe so much to Ethan Swift, my love and partner in both life and chocolate adventures. Ethan's journey has been inspiring—overcoming health challenges (titanium implants are no joke!) and channeling his resilience into building Island Sharks Chocolate, our shared chocolate venture. Ethan also founded the Chocolate Sommelier School, where I have the honor of gently mentoring students as they explore the rich traditions of chocolate and cacao.
